Stainless steel pipe low-pressure heat exchanger
1. Operating principle of the low-pressure heat exchanger
Pipe heat exchanger can be divided into vertical heat exchanger and horizontal heat exchanger. Vertical heat exchanger covers a small area and is easy to repair, but its heat transfer effect is lower than that of horizontal heat exchanger. Because it is easy to arrange, it is widely used in power plant. The water inlet and outlet water capacity space of the heat exchanger is called the water chamber. The main condensate water goes inside the pipe, and the heating steam goes outside the pipe. The heating surface of the low pressure heat exchanger is a pipe bundle composed of the copper pipe directly expanded to the pipe plate, and the pipe bundle is fixed with a special pipe frame. In order to facilitate the cleaning and maintenance of the heat exchanger surface of the heat exchanger, the whole tube bundle is made into a whole, which is easy to be extracted from the shell. The heated water enters the water chamber from the inlet and flows through the u-shaped tube and flows through the outlet water chamber. The heating steam is introduced into the steam space by the upper part of the heat exchanger shell, and the guide plate makes the steam flow into an S-shaped flow, scouring the pipe wall for condensation and heat release. The outer wall of the pipe bundle at the heating steam inlet is equipped with a protective plate to reduce the erosion and wear of the steam flow and prolong the service life of the pipe.
