5. Structure of the deaerator

It is composed of (1) shell (2) film generator (3) water generator (4) packing network (5) water tank, etc.

1, shell: it is made of welding the cylinder body and stamping oval head. The low pressure deaerator is equipped with a pair of flange connection for assembly and maintenance, and the deaerator is equipped with maintenance manhole.

2, membrane cyclone: composed of water chamber, steam chamber, membrane rotary tube, condensate water pipe, supplementary water pipe and a steam inlet pipe. Condensate water, chemical filling water, through the spiral membrane tube at a certain angle, forming the spiral membrane skirt, and with the primary heating steam over the introduced heating steam and the secondary heating steam contact by water tank is heated to close to the working pressure (i. e. below the saturation temperature 23℃) for crude oxygen. Generally, the membrane section can remove about 60% —— 90% of the oxygen content in the junction water.

3. The water generator is composed of several layers of L-shaped steel parts. The crude water supply through the film section and mixed by hydrophobic water for secondary distribution, which is evenly rained to the packing network under it.

5, water tank: the uncondensed steam and oxygen and other gases analyzed by the feed water are discharged by the exhaust steam pipe installed on the sealing head. The peroxide supply water is collected into the lower container of the deaerated head, namely the water tank.
