1. Product performance and standards

1, condenser and other heat exchangers is an important auxiliary equipment of thermal power plant, its operation is good, directly affect the economy of the power plant, the structure is reasonable mainly depends on the form of the heat exchange pipe and the old heat exchange pipe material, are the copper, due to the limitation of the material strength, corrosion resistance and impact resistance, the copper wall thickness in 1-1.5mm, thick wall not only affect the heat exchange effect, and wasted a lot of metal materials.

Our stainless steel heat exchange pipe is made of high quality stainless steel pipe, cold pull, hot pull forming and strip steel, through rolling, welding, flaw detection, rolling grinding, solid melting, polishing and other one-stop production lines; production of different diameter, wall thickness, length and other specifications.

2. The book wall light tube produced by our company has the following advantages:

(1) Good heat transfer performance, because the pipe wall can be used 0.5-0.8mm thin-wall pipe, improve the overall heat transfer performance, under the same heat transfer area, the overall heat transfer coefficient is 2.124-8.408% higher than the copper pipe.

(2) Because the material uses the American standard AIS1304,316 and other high-quality stainless alloy steel, so that it has a high hardness, the steel degree of the pipe is also significantly improved. Therefore, it has a strong high temperature steam impact performance and vibration resistance.

(3) Because the pipe inner wall is smooth, the thickness of the bottom layer of the boundary laminar flow is less thin, which not only strengthens the heat transfer, but also improves the anti-scaling performance

(4) The pipe installation process performance is good, the traditional pipe expansion process is adopted, the outer diameter tolerance is consistent with the copper pipe, there is no need to change the processing tolerance of the pipe plate hole, which is conducive to the direct selection on site, especially convenient for the renewal and transformation of the old unit.

(5) Economic benefits, in the same heat exchange area, the cost of stainless steel pipe is about 80% of the cost of copper pipe, and can be directly changed pipe.

(6) In order to eliminate welding stress, heat treatment at 1050℃ in protective gas.

(7) All steel pipes are leakage checked by differential pressure method, air pressure test to 1.0 Mpa, no pressure drop for 5 minutes.
