Evaporative condenser

 

1. Evaporative condenserIt mainly uses water evaporation latent heat exchange, heat exchange mechanism is advanced, its heat exchange effect depends on the local wet ball temperature, condensation temperature (back pressure) is low, due to the evaporation of water, so less water can meet the needs of heat exchange. Evaporative condenser integrates condenser, cooling tower, circulating water pump and pump room. It has a compact structure and can equip the huge condensing system. It is a kind of energy saving, water saving and environmental protection condensing equipment.

Water saving: compared with wet and cold cases, water can save 40%~50%.

Power saving: 10%~20% compared to wet cooling scheme; 30%~50% compared to air cooling scheme.

Land saving: the area is only 40%~60% air cold, about 80% wet cold.

Environmental protection: circulating water in the evaporative condenser self-circulating evaporation heat transfer, will not cause environmental pollution.

Operating back low pressure: the condensation temperature is only related to the local wet bulb temperature, with low condensation temperature, low operating back pressure, and high power generation efficiency.

Safe and reliable: the system back pressure is stable and reliable.

Low operating cost: high heat transfer efficiency, low operating cost of evaporative condenser.

Low investment cost: the cost is 60%~70% of the air cooler investment.

2. Operating principle:

The super wind force of the supporting induced draft fan makes the spray water cover the surface of the coil completely and evenly, and the water borrows the wind potential, which greatly improves the heat exchange effect. Temperature rising spray water from part to gas, using the water vaporization latent heat by the wind away a lot of heat, hot water drops by dehydrator, and the rest of the heat of the water, scattered to the PVC shower water sheet heat exchange layer, is through the air cooling, temperature reduction, into the water tank, then the circulating pump continue to cycle. The moisture evaporated into the air is automatically replenished by the water level regulator.

 

3. Equipment performance acceptance

The whole equipment is installed in the west of the 12MW main plant. The body requirements of the evaporative cooling device are:

1 The ative condenser shall be single pipe structure; with steam inlet, vacuum outlet and condensate outlet;

2 The evaporative condenser heat transfer pipe adopts carbon steel elliptical tube, and the support frame adopts Q235-B;

3 The heat transfer module adopts the overall high temperature zinc, the zinc layer thickness is 80~120 μ m;

4 single tube pressure test, the test pressure is not lower than 6bar (g), the overall pressure test of the heat exchange tube bundle, the test pressure is not lower than 0.8bar (g);

5 Evaporative condenser should bring its own water tank, water tank with water supply, sewage discharge, overflow interface;

6 The fan blade is hollow aluminum alloy, and the fan is direct transmission form;

7 The fan supporting motor adopts outdoor type, the shell protection grade is IP54, insulation grade F, temperature rise grade B;

8 The pump supporting motor adopts outdoor type, the shell protection grade is IP54, insulation grade F, temperature rise grade B;

9 Start-stop control cabinet shell protection level IP42.

10 The evaporative condenser shall be equipped with a liquid level remote transmission device to realize the remote monitoring of the evaporative condenser liquid level.

11 Other equipment accessories

Other equipment accessories and materials required by the system shall be adapted to the process level of the main equipment and materials in the system.
