3. way to install:

The air-water cooling device can be installed outdoors or indoors according to the field conditions, and connected to the high voltage inverter cooling equipment cooling fan through the air duct. The heat generated during the operation of the frequency converter is directly recovered by the air-water cooling system, and then discharged to the indoor after heat exchange.


 

4. Basic principle of air (air) water cooling device:

The hot air of the converter is then directly exchanged through the air-water cooling device, and the heat lost by the converter is directly removed by the cooling water; the cooling cold air is discharged back to the room. The cold water temperature in the air-water cooling device is lower than 33℃, that is, the hot air indoor ambient temperature in the frequency converter can be controlled below 40℃ after the heat sink, which meets the requirements of the frequency converter for environmental operation, so as to ensure a good operating environment in the frequency converter room.

1. The supplier shall be responsible for the equipment installation guidance after the equipment arrives at the site.

2. The supplier shall be responsible for the air duct, water pipeline, electrical distribution design, equipment selection and installation guidance of the cooling system of the frequency conversion room, which shall be submitted to the buyer for approval.

3. The supplier shall be responsible for the design of civil structure, cooling system and the change of the inverter room, and comply with the relevant Architectural Design and Construction Standards.

4. The supplier shall be responsible for guiding the on-site installation and construction of the supplied equipment, debugging of the frequency conversion cooling system, and arranging according to the site situation until the equipment is put into normal operation.

5. The supplier shall be responsible for the technical training to the personnel so that the personnel can use the cooling system device independently. The training content and time shall be agreed upon by both parties during the commissioning period. Upon arrival of equipment, provide the electrical construction drawing and cable laying list verification required by the project; submit technical documents and materials such as commissioning plan, operation procedures, maintenance instructions, operation rules of cooling water system before equipment commissioning.
